Trolleite is an Aluminium Phosphate Hydroxide, formed in high-grade metamorphic environments where phosphate-rich fluids recrystallised under considerable pressure and heat. It occurs in very few locations.

Fine Trolleite is not abundant, and outside Brazil it barely exists in the market.
