Shattuckite is among the rarest of the secondary Copper minerals. A Copper Silicate Hydroxide, it forms through the hydrothermal alteration of primary copper silicates in the oxidised zones of copper deposit. Specimens of genuine quality are encountered so infrequently.
Here it appears alongside Azurite, a secondary Copper Carbonate of deeper character, with the two minerals occupying the same piece in vivid chromatic opposition. One face has been polished flat, exposing the internal architecture of tightly compressed concentric banding in indigo and midnight blue, the Azurite's depth contrasted repeatedly by Shattuckite's luminosity wherever alteration progressed furthest. The reverse face is left raw, preserving the exterior growth habit exactly as it formed.
Mounted on a bespoke stand
AZURITE
Azurite is a stone of mental clarity, supporting one's capacity to absorb and retain new information, it proves helpful in testing situations, where clear thinking and recall are essential.
Azurite encourages truthfulness both in one's relationship with oneself and in interactions with others. It gently supports the courage required to speak honestly, helping to align one's inner understanding with outward expression.
This stone serves those seeking to deepen their learning while maintaining authenticity in their pursuit of knowledge.
SHATTUCKITE
Shattuckite is a stone of truth, encouraging one to 'walk one's talk' teaching one that actions speak louder than words.
Its energies assist in aligning one's external reality with one's internal knowing of what is good and right for one's life.
This powerful crystal facilitates honest communication, dissolving barriers between one's authentic self and outward expression.
Shattuckite's vibrations strengthen one's connection to inner wisdom, promoting clarity in decision-making and purposeful action.
It serves as a guide toward integrity, helping one release patterns that no longer serve one's highest good while embracing change and personal growth.
