ENERGY PROPERTIES

GEM SILICA

Gem Silica is one of the most powerful stones to aid communication. It helps one recognise the importance of the spoken word and that one should always speak with truth and integrity.

It helps one speak with clarity from the heart and can help one enhance the power of intentions to create one’s reality. Gem Silica is also a wonderful stone to help improve one’s communication with the spirit realm.

CHRYSOCOLLA

Chrysocolla helps one listen to one’s inner voice and express it with passion and truth. It helps one speak with knowledge and share one’s experiences with others to assist them on their own path of discovery.

It also helps one stay aware of how one puts one’s energy into the world around us. It has a calming energy that helps us choose our words carefully and only use them when necessary and beneficial. Chrysocolla is a stone of gentleness and power.

MALACHITE

Malachite offers protection from negative energies while promoting positive vibrations and mental clarity. It instils confidence and supports the ability to take action towards creating and manifesting one’s personal desires and dreams.

It helps to restore strength and vitality after illness or periods of energy depletion, assisting the body's natural healing processes. It encourages one to move forward with purpose and determination, helping to transform one’s intentions into practical outcomes.

Malachite encourages steady progress towards one’s goals while maintaining healthy protective boundaries, allowing both personal growth and energetic balance and so enabling one to look to the future with confidence.

CLEAR QUARTZ

Clear Quartz acts as an energetic amplifier, magnifying and enhancing the vibrational properties of any crystals placed near it. In this same way, it can help to amplify and enhance the power of one’s intentions. By programming those intentions into the crystals, Clear Quartz can broadcast that energy out into the universe helping to manifest one’s dreams and goals.

Its transparent structure is believed to mirror its ability to bring mental clarity, cutting through mental fog and indecision to reveal truth and understanding.

This stone serves as a bridge between physical and spiritual realms, facilitating clearer reception of intuitive messages and guidance from higher consciousness. It’s pure frequency helps to attune the mind to subtle energetic communications and signals, making it easier to distinguish genuine spiritual guidance from mere mental chatter.

Clear Quartz essentially acts as a cosmic antenna, strengthening one's connection to divine wisdom.

CRYSTAL KNOWLEDGE

Malachite is a copper carbonate hydroxide mineral [Cu₂CO₃(OH)₂] renowned for its vibrant green coloration and distinctive banded patterns. As a secondary copper mineral, malachite forms through the oxidation and weathering of primary copper sulfide deposits in the near-surface environment.

Geologically, malachite develops in the oxidized zones of copper deposits where carbonate-rich groundwater interacts with copper-bearing minerals. The characteristic concentric banding results from rhythmic precipitation as fluctuating water tables and varying chemical conditions create alternating layers of dense and porous material over time.

The mineral crystallizes in the monoclinic system but rarely forms distinct crystals, instead occurring as botryoidal masses, stalactitic formations, or fibrous aggregates. Its intense green color derives from the copper content, specifically Cu²⁺ ions in the crystal structure. Malachite has a hardness of 3.5-4 on the Mohs scale and a density of approximately 4.0 g/cm³.

Formation typically occurs at temperatures below 200°C in near-surface environments where copper-bearing solutions encounter carbonate-rich host rocks or atmospheric CO₂. The banding patterns reflect episodic precipitation events, with each band representing specific geochemical conditions during formation.

Malachite commonly associates with azurite, chrysocolla, and cuprite in copper deposits worldwide.
