Alternatively, we recommend using a piece of string and wrapping it around your wrist so that it feels comfortable, without pressing into the skin or sitting too loosely.

Once you are happy with the fit, mark the point where the two ends of the string meet. Lay the string flat against a ruler and measure between the two marks. This will give you your wrist size.
