An exceptional, beautifully preserved slice of natural pink Tourmaline from the renowned Malkhan Pegmatite Field, displaying vivid raspberry-pink colour and exceptional transparency. The polished crystal slice reveals delicate internal fractures, growth tubes, and natural inclusions that create depth and character within the gemstone. Mounted in a refined 18kt gold setting, the pendant showcases the Tourmaline's natural form while emphasising its remarkable colour saturation.

Pink Tourmaline is a Manganese-rich member of the Tourmaline group, a complex family of Borosilicate minerals renowned for their extraordinary range of colours. The vibrant pink hue is produced by Manganese incorporated during crystal growth, while subtle variations in chemistry and growth conditions can create colour zoning and internal structures visible within the crystal. These features provide a direct record of the mineral's formation history.

The Malkhan Pegmatite Field of eastern Siberia is one of the world's most celebrated localities for gem-quality Tourmaline. Formed within highly evolved granitic Pegmatites, these deposits developed as volatile-rich magmatic fluids concentrated rare elements during the final stages of crystallisation. The result was the growth of exceptionally transparent and vividly coloured Tourmaline crystals, making Malkhan specimens highly prized among collectors and gem enthusiasts. This pendant combines a classic Russian gemstone locality with elegant craftsmanship, showcasing one of nature's finest examples of coloured Tourmaline.
