QUARTZ (CHLORITE PHANTOM)

Balance | Healing | Protection

Chlorite Crystals are powerful healers of the physical body. They help the body absorb high frequency earth energy, helping one achieve greater balance, health and wellbeing. Chlorite crystals are also protection stones, protecting the physical body from the harmful radiation that one may find in one's environment.

Chlorite Phantom Quartz is a variety of quartz that contains inclusions of chlorite, a green mineral that often appears in layered, phantom-like formations.

Phantoms in quartz crystals form when a crystal pauses its growth, allowing another layer of minerals, such as clay, chlorite, or other impurities, to settle on its surface. When growth resumes, the quartz encases this layer, preserving the earlier shape of the crystal as an internal "phantom" outline. This process can repeat multiple times, creating layered images within the crystal.

Chlorite Phantom Quartz exhibits a hardness of 7 on the Mohs’ Scale.
